Released in February 2025 as part of the International Whisky Guild selection, this GlenAllachie 10-Year-Old Cask Strength Batch 10 showcases the distillery’s signature Speyside craftsmanship. Master Distiller Billy Walker combines whiskies matured in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, red wine barriques, and virgin oak casks to create a deep and expressive single malt.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Redcurrant, nougat, teak, crème de cassis, and cappuccino, with stewed cherries, almonds, sandalwood, and a touch of cigar box and resin.
Palate: Full-bodied and cask-driven, opening with cracked black pepper, cloves, ginger, and mocha, layered with peach pits, cherry liqueur, and hints of eucalyptus. Rich, textured, and vinous.
Finish: Medium to long, with lingering oak spice balanced by cherry syrup sweetness and muscovado sugar depth.
