Giusti Rosalia Prosecco DOC is a lively Italian sparkling from the heart of Veneto, made from Glera grapes on the historic “Rosalia” estate. With crisp apple and citrus notes and floral hints of wisteria and acacia, it blends effortless style with party-ready bubbles.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw yellow with greenish glints, this bubbly opens with aromas of Golden apple, lemon, and blooming wisteria. On the palate it's fresh and well-structured, with fine persistent bubbles, soft mineral undertones and a dry finish that feels both elegant and fun.

Serving & Winemaking

Serve chilled at 6-8 °C. Crafted from 100% Glera grapes grown in Nervesa della Battaglia, using the Charmat (autoclave) method and trained in the Sylvoz system for grapes with lively expression and fresh character.
